1. Q: Don't we feel gravity when we feel our bodies? It just seems like that's what I feel rather than anything else.

    A: Gravity is a heavy feeling, but then there are overtones (note quality in music) and associated feelings, thoughts, attitutes, memories, and cognitive information about that body region. There is sometimes also an intention about how we want to use that region.

  2. Q: When walking, is the goal to slow down the pace and walk in a quiet place?

    A: There might be many goals: slowing down, better posture, better internal awareness, better environment awareness. Practicing slow in a quiet place makes it easier to do more quickly in noisy places.
